It's almost Christmas, time to have some good food and drinks together with family and friends. This Christmas that's also possible in restaurant l'Ermite in Saint Algis. We propose a dinner of some small dishes:

• Bisque of prawns
• Croquette of roe
• Crab cake
• Feuilletée with boar
• Millefeuille of potatoe and Comté
• Glaced root vegetables
• Crusty pork belly
• Celeriac salad
• Beignet with snails
• Mussels with nduja (Italian sausage)
• Cheese
• Chocolate or Mediterranean flavours

If you want, we have an vegetarian alternative for the meat dishes.
You're welcome at l’Ermite Sunday 25 and Monday 26 December at 13:00 or 19:00 o'clock. Please make a reservation before 21 December.
The meal is 50 € per person, drinks not included.
